MediCoder AutoEncoder for MedDRA and WHO DRUG Medical Coding

AutoEncoder Overview

The AutoEncoder integrates seamlessly with the Browser and can batch encode a large number of terms in an offline scenario as well as being used to interactively code an individual term or group of terms. In addition to matching against the dictionary the AutoEncoder automatically performs a fuzzy match against historical data and presents this to the user. A workflow control system allows a coding group to manage the coding of studies or client specific groups of terms employing customisable synonym dictionaries.

Supports data importing from a variety of sources such as text files, Excel spreadsheets, clipboard or a database such as Oracle or SQL Server. Data links can also be established to a variety of commercial safety monitoring systems thorough our open API.  Additional dictionaries are available for integration such as COSTART, WHO-ART, ICD9 and ICD10.

Full audit trail and history tracking available compliant with FDA CFR 21 Part 11 and ISO 9001.
